A collection of useful tools, no sign-up required.
Every one of these started as something I built to solve a real problem on a real project; status column only as current as whoever last remembered to update it, a change order summary rebuilt by hand every time someone asked, a closeout checklist that lived in one person’s head instead of on paper.
These aren’t a replacement for Procore, Primavera P6, or whatever your firm already runs. They’re built for firms and subs without that software, or as a fast personal working copy alongside it. Each tool’s README says exactly where it fits next to what you already use.
I spent years building useful tools and resources to track and support technology projects before shifting my focus to construction and the built environment. Different industry, same problem; messy information needs a system, or nothing gets tracked until it’s too late.
